It is said that, throughout this month, the veil between worlds grows thin and spirits, both playful and peculiar, wander more freely among the leviathans.

The eve of Ghoul's Moon marks the height of their revelry. There are usually festivities planned around it. Costumes, games, food and drink.

And usually, a dance of some sort. I'm sure this is what this gala is part of.

Is it true? That the spirit world is closer this month?

So this gala is not an annual affair.

It is. Actually... It was only last year during this time that an entire ocean pathway was opened to the spirit world, entirely.

[He's not sure if that will happen again, though.]
